Yes, this still works, but I can only test on a Mac and Windows 7.
Maybe verify Java https://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp
There is an FAQ about Java and Windows 10 https://www.java.com/en/download/faq/win10_faq.xml

Can you still get this to work? I have Windows 10 and I get the Problem Loading Virtual Manipulative and yet Java scripts are enabled in my Web Browser.

I use this with my classes on an IWB (or projector). I use the worksheet under Downloads for students to record their steps. It is nice that the manipulative does allow some incorrect steps.
