“Spin Me!” is probably not a good explanation. Click and hold the centre point, drag it outside the circle. Another point will appear, drag it to flatten the radius against the circumference.

I go to the link and it says “Spin me” but I cannot work out how to spin it…?
I cannot do anything except change the size of the radius?
